• A known allergy to lash glue or cyanoacrylate.

• A sensitive, irritated or infected eye (conjunctivitis, stye): we wait until it has cleared up.

• Very fragile lashes: we adapt the style and weight, or wait.

• A health-related doubt (ongoing treatment, etc.): ask your doctor; we do not give medical advice.
